Data
Paris: routes come from an ITO World GTFS export based on Île-de-France Mobilités data. The snapshot is version 20260630_200738 and covers 27 June to 29 July 2026. The normal T1 sections omitted during temporary closures are restored from RATP's official full-line plan and archived IDFM data; unavailable western segment timings use a documented two-minute representative value.
London: Underground, Elizabeth line, and DLR route data comes from a saved Transport for London Unified API snapshot. Underground and DLR runtimes use timetable intervals; Elizabeth line runtimes use saved Journey Planner results where timetable data was unavailable.
Chicago: data is from the Chicago Transit Authority static GTFS schedule downloaded 6 August 2026, valid 5 August through 31 October 2026. Temporarily closed State/Lake and its adjacent runtimes are restored from CTA's official October 2025 GTFS archive. Data provided by Chicago Transit Authority. Use is subject to the CTA developer terms and GTFS information. Chronométro does not use live Train Tracker data.
Washington: data is from WMATA's official static rail GTFS snapshot downloaded 28 August 2026. feed_info.txt covers scheduled service from 26 August through 4 September 2026; the calendar records extend through 2 January 2027. Normal split Silver service to Downtown Largo and New Carrollton and Yellow service to Greenbelt and Mount Vernon Square are retained. Use is subject to the WMATA Transit Data Terms of Use. No live or real-time WMATA data is used.
Boston: data is from the official MBTA static GTFS downloaded 31 August 2026, feed version Fall 2026, 2026-08-28T13:45:01+00:00, version D, valid 21 August through 12 December 2026. Data provided by MassDOT/MBTA under the MassDOT Developers License Agreement. No MBTA logo, official map, predictions, alerts, or real-time data are used.
Boston coastline: MassGIS (Bureau of Geographic Information), Commonwealth of Massachusetts EOTSS. Simplified for the orientation map.
Berlin: U-Bahn and S-Bahn data comes from VBB’s static GTFS snapshot downloaded 2 September 2026 and the official regular S-Bahn timetables. U6 north and northbound Wollankstraße are restored using VBB’s 2021 archive. S-Bahn endpoint geography uses Geoportal Berlin’s ALKIS state boundary, retrieved 3 September 2026, under dl-de-zero-2.0. Data provided by Verkehrsverbund Berlin-Brandenburg (VBB) under CC BY 4.0. No live arrivals or disruption data is used.
Madrid: data is from CRTM's official Metro GTFS snapshot, version 20250527, downloaded through Spain's NAP on 6 September 2026 under the CRTM open-data licence. Line 3's normal El Casar–Moncloa topology is restored from CRTM's current line listing and March 2026 map; its segment timings are identified estimates. Powered by CRTM.
New York City: Subway routes and schedules come from MTA New York City Transit's static GTFS snapshot downloaded 13 September 2026, feed version 20260826-X-long-term-supplement-trip-ids, valid 26 May through 31 October 2026. Official MTA station-complex data defines equivalent puzzle endpoints. The model uses weekday trips beginning from 7:00–10:00 AM and GTFS transfer times where supplied; it does not use realtime arrivals or alerts. Staten Island Railway, PATH, LIRR, Metro-North, buses, and ferries are excluded. Schedule data provided by MTA New York City Transit.
The game does not use live data and may be wrong about current routes, times, closures, stopping patterns, or accessibility.
